A Brilhart Ebolin often gets me real close. However I had to try quiet a number of them to find the right one that just has it. I had a few SYOS Link inspired mouthpieces that I purchased at a good price, They were at best OK and not very inspirational to play. Please be careful with solvents like vinegar or even piping hot water. These can discolor a mouthpiece. I would not use toothpaste because it is slightly abrasive. Just use luke warm water with a SOFT toothbrush.
