I had one pregnancy that was a blighted ovum where my hcg did not double in a week, went from 148 to 172 in a week. But with my ectopic I also had my hcg go from in the 300s to only in the 400s a week later.It varies how far along you were. For me, it took 5 weeks after the methotrexate for my hcg lvl to be back down to 0. My hcg was around 715 when I was diagnosed as ectopic. Around week 3, my doctor almost suggested a 2nd shot because it was going down real slow.Just my opinion, dial in on test only, find your ground.
